Gynaecologist Dr Rubia Afshan was very nice and polite, she was always to the point and I am satisfied by her services. The nursing staff was also very polite and friendly. They were gentle with the patient and worked efficiently. Although they were not wearing any gloves while giving injections which raises a concern for hygiene and safety in a hospital. The executive rooms were well equipped except for the bathrooms. The bed seemed clean and well kept. All medical devices were operational and did not have any error. However, no patient kit(towel, soap, toothpaste, chappal) was provided for the patient's personal hygiene. Also, no male staff should have entered in a female patient's room. Cleaners or male nurses should not enter as it is a breach of privacy and uncomfortable for the patient and her family. The hospital room, although, was not very clean. House flies were flying around, disturbing the patient. The floor was also very dusty and no one came in to clean it on a timely basis. The administration staff was not so friendly. During discharge they were acting unethically and were making illegal demands about the payment plan.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hanif Medical Complex for the excellent care provided during my wife's delivery. She underwent a C-section, and everything was handled very professionally and smoothly. We were blessed with healthy twin babies, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The doctors at the complex are truly experts in their field. Their dedication, skill, and attention to detail gave us great confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. The nursing staff and other medical personnel were also very cooperative, kind, and supportive at every stage. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making this special moment in our lives safe and joyful. We highly recommend Hanif Medical Complex to anyone seeking quality medical care.

Its a completely new property. My mother had the first surgery at the OT at this property. The hospital is neat, clean and very well maintained. Every person rather he or she is in admin, support, pharmacy, Emergency, OT or any department is well trained. The doctors and nurses did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

It's not a well managed facility. Nursing staff is not well trained and experienced. In fact, they are short on nursing staff. And on top of all, their clinic is in the basement with an extremely steep and dangerous slope of the ramp. One would need at least 3 persons to bring a patient into the clinic through the ramp.
