The staff is pathetic even if you show them your real prescription of narcotics they won't give you even though it's visible in front of your eyes.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Irum Pharmacy with Dr. Nasir I recently visited Irum Pharmacy and had the unfortunate experience of being attended to by Dr. Nasir. The encounter left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care provided at this clinic. Upon asking questions about my illness and the prescribed medications, Dr. Nasir responded in an unnecessarily arrogant manner. When inquiring about the root cause of my illness and seeking information on potential side effects of the prescribed medications, his dismissive reply was, "I am not here for teaching." This response was not only unprofessional but also demonstrated a lack of empathy and patient-centered care. As a patient seeking medical advice, it is disheartening to be met with such a condescending attitude, especially when attempting to better understand one's own health and treatment plan. Effective communication between a doctor and a patient is essential for building trust and ensuring the patient's well-being. Moreover, a willingness to educate patients about their conditions and prescribed medications is a fundamental aspect of healthcare. Dr. Nasir's refusal to provide basic information about the illness and medications raises concerns about the clinic's commitment to patient education and overall patient satisfaction. In a field where empathy and clear communication are paramount, Dr. Nasir's demeanor was a stark departure from the expected standard of care. I urge the management of Irum Pharmacy to address such instances promptly and ensure that all their healthcare professionals prioritize patient education and treat patients with the respect and understanding they deserve. Overall, my experience with Dr. Nasir at Irum Pharmacy has left me with reservations about the clinic's commitment to patient well-being and customer service. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and that steps are taken to ensure that future patients are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they rightfully expect.
