2 stars for at least being a clean hospital, staff (barring the cleaner) was unprofessional, charge a lot of money from foreign patients and still practice outdated surgical procedures, understandable because of the lack of equipment and power shortages but this is all surprising considering that the head surgeon, got his degrees and education from England...
